Returns and Refunds

Right of return within 14 days from the purchase. 


The right is valid for purchases from QUYCUP.US
If the product has been purchased from an authorized retailer, it is necessary to return it directly to the retailer
• The products must be unaltered, in the original box and conditions
• A proof of purchase needs to be shown
• Refunds are subject to vendor’s conditions check
• The refund’s amount does not include shipping costs from the vendor to the customer and from the customer to the vendor 
• The refund policy is not applicable to personalized, used or washed items

In order to proceed with a return, please follow this steps:

Return Process
1)   Fill in the following Return Form
2)   Send the complete form to serve.me@quycup.us
3)   Quycup.us will assign you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number
4)   Prepare the Return Items Package, and remember to include inside the box:

  • The returned products (they must be unaltered, in the original box and conditions)
  • A proof of purchase
  • Copy of Return Form (with the RMA number)

5)   Return your product to our address

6) Send us by email to serve.me@quycup.us the tracking number of your return package.
Note: we will not accept any returns without the corresponding tracking number
7)   Upon reception of your package, we will initiate the refund.

 
In order to process your returns, we are required to check both the condition of the goods and the integrity of your reason for returning them. After checking and approving your returns we will promptly reimburse the purchase price of the returned items. Reimbursements are made to the payment method used at the time of purchase. Reimbursement is normally processed within 14 days of receipt of returned goods. However, we ask for your understanding should the processing time during peak periods take longer.
Please note that your bank may take up to 10 working days to process your refund. This depends on the institution from which a payment card is issued, and the respective processing time. Unfortunately, we are unable to influence this.


Returns from other countries outside the USA, require a specific procedure.
